Safe, challenging, and fun workouts!WODs may or may not include the following movements:Wallball Shots 20/14 to 9'/8' TargetDumbbell Thrusters (20s/15s)Ring RowsJump RopeRun, Assault Bike, RowPower Clean and Front Squat for weightBurpeesSit-upsIf you can do a sub 4 minute Fran, and snatch over bodyweight you are probably too advanced for this comp.Registration includes a T-shirt.
