SCALED - 5th Annual 6 Person team event held at CrossFit Nashua! 3 Males 3 Females, ALL MUST WORKOUT AT THE SAME BOX. Costumes are welcome but not required. WODs will be do-able for most, but challenging for all. Scaled standards will include but aren't limited to:
Wallballs (20/14)
Thrusters (95/65)
Box Jumps (20")
Clean (135/95)
