Our 7th Annual Rookie Rivalry competition is the chance for scaled athletes to step into the spotlight at their very own CrossFit Competition! Safe, challenging, and fun workouts! This year there will be 3 divisions: Individual Scaled Masters 43+ Scaled Parnter Scaled WODs may or may not include the following movements: Wallball Shots 20/14 to 10'/9' Target Dumbbell Thrusters (20s/15s) Ring Rows Jump Rope Run, Assault Bike, Row Power Clean and Front Squat for weight Burpees Sit-ups If you can do a sub 4 minute Fran, and snatch over bodyweight you are probably too advanced for this comp. Registration includes a T-shirt.
